

DATA PROTECTION The company complies with the guidelines set down in the Data Protection Act 1988 for storing and accessing personal data. The Company will only allow access by a third party to personal data, if so required by law, or if the employee supplies the Company with written authorisation.
SECURITY OF INFORMATION Our staff are employed in a position of trust and may work in extremely information sensitive environments. The need to maintain confidentiality and adhere to the Client’s security procedures is included as part of the Induction process and outlined in the Employee Handbook.
ELIGIBILITY TO WORK IN THE UK In order to confirm an applicant’s identity and eligibility to work in the United Kingdom RCS carry out a vetting procedure which exceeds Home Office guidelines. Copies of an applicant’s documents which do not meet the required standard will be sent to the Enforcement Office for verification and the company will not employ anyone whose documents do not comply.
