Hot off the press is the award by Audley Property Management Company to provide office and window cleaning services to their prestigious Mayfair offices which is home to the Dorchester Group which own and manage a portfolio of exclusive five -star hotels across the world.
With a turnaround of one week from award to contract commencement these are busy times in the lead up to Christmas.
Other recent new business wins include:
A new venture with Centurion Properties who act on behalf of Scottish Widows plc. The contract involves supplying "caretaker cleaning" to the Scottish Widows portfolio of commercial investment properties.
The units are located across the South-east, the Midlands and up to Manchester and the operation requires a high degree of flexibility in order to keep up with the rapid and ongoing changes to the makeup of the investment portfolio.
We have also been awarded a new contract with a leading private global financial services provider. The contract involves providing daily office cleaning, glass cleaning and washroom services at this Dutch bank’s prestigious riverside UK headquarters.
Finally, we have reached an outline agreement with London Borough of Tower Hamlets to provide window cleaning services to over 900 residential buildings across the borough.
