Regular Cleaning Services (RCS) was founded in 1969 as a domestic window cleaning service by our Chairman, Terry Carrigan, who based the company on the core values of ‘honesty, attention to detail and attention to clients’. Indeed these same values have been instrumental in the development of the business to what it has become today.

Now, with over 40 years experience, RCS has developed a justified reputation as a premier provider of cleaning services to London’s business community. RCS was built on strong family values and with Terry Carrigan still actively involved in the business as Chairman, his wife Pauline as Vice Chair and daughter Gemma as Training Manager, a true family ethos exists at RCS that is felt by employees, clients and associates alike.

Our head office is based in Lewisham, South East London and is ideally situated for easy access to the City of London, West End, Docklands and the M25. The offices are purpose built and include a fully equipped training room and on-site stores facility.

Personal attention is at the forefront of our service to our clients and RCS is of a size that allows us to employ all of the support functions necessary for First Class service provision but still ensures that our Directors and senior management stay in touch with our customers. Our independence and flat management structure allows RCS to provide the highest levels of personal attention.

The cleaning industry has seen significant changes in recent years with a multitude of acquisitions leading to a market seemingly dominated by a few, large, multi-service providers. In this market, RCS proudly sits as a major independent alternative.
