All RCS contracts are supported by mobile contract managers who will report into one of our two Operations Directors. RCS believes in empowering our site management to take ownership and control of their contracts. This necessitates careful recruitment selection to ensure that we have managers with the capability to perform to a consistently high standard. It also means providing them with the pre-requisite level of equipment and support to allow them to achieve their goals.
Our management structure is deliberately flat and is designed to provide empowerment and responsibility to those associated with the operation. This allows for quick, incisive decision making, where necessary, and a simple and clear escalation process.
The key role with regard to all our accounts is the contract supervisor as their experience and understanding of the requirements are invaluable to the daily operation of the contract. It is of the highest priority to us to ensure that the contract supervisor is provided with the essential support needed to provide the platform for service excellence. By providing the right working environment and working relationships with all of our staff, we create the excitement and the desire to please and to continually improve.
