Our CSR programme is owned and run by our staff. Our volunteer CSR champions are representative from all parts of the business, co-ordinating and promoting the RCS CSR culture whilst encouraging our enthusiastic staff to get involved in a wide range of fundraising and community activities close to their hearts.
For many years we have worked closely with Demelza Hospice Care for Children. While Demelza remains our primary charity; we are also proud to announce that the company has become the Patron of the Charlton Athletic Community Trust’s ‘Disability and Mental Health’ programme which includes the award winning ‘Charlton Upbeats’ Downs Syndrome project.
Apart from these two major charities; through listening to our staff we have now developed a structured support programme, under which our staff have the opportunity to select the various other charity partners that we will support throughout the year.
